Ben is the CEO and Co-Founder of Phoenix TS, a provider of high quality management and technical training to public and private organizations worldwide. He attended the University of Maryland for Computer Science and began his career in technical training in 1993. He began to receive leads for integration and development opportunities and began to contract for small and large-scale projects. In 1998, he co-founded Phoenix TS with his wife and partner, Firoozeh Azarbaidjani.

JC, a.k.a. The Citrix Cetacean, began creative computing for audio and video in the 1990's. In 2002 he began his enterprise computing career as a contractor for Exxon Mobil Global Information Services.
